It's been confirmed.. you are expecting a baby.. congratulations! Pregnancy is a time of life when staying fit is even more important than usual, not only for you but also for your little miracle! Yoga is an excellent way to stay flexible while relaxing and empowering yourself through lots of education and oh-so-important information. Through this ancient practice of gentle stretching, breathing and chanting, you can learn to bond with your baby throughout the pregnancy and be an active part of your birth experience.
Prenatal yoga also offers a unique opportunity to gather with other ladies who are going through all of the same changes/experiences and instant friendships develop. The class atmosphere is welcoming, nonjudgmental and interactive. While we do not endorse any particular way of giving birth, choosing instead to be neutral which allows for all points of view to feel comfortable, educational material and speakers are included in the classes from time to time.
