Erin Passineau, Certified Zumba instructor and mother of a young son, offers our brand new Zumba for New Moms class.  Geared towards the areas of the body that new moms are most focused on shaping up, this class is high energy and challenging but also modified to take into consideration the needs of new moms.  An excellent workout .. fun and interactive.. and a great way to reconnect with other moms of small children. 

This class is offered on Saturday mornings - 1-2 classes/month:
