MOMMY'S TIME INFANT SUPPORT GROUPS

Studies have proven that postpartum depression occurs much more frequently when new moms isolate themselves after they go home from the hospital.  These groups were designed to give new moms a place to go that is safe and gentle where they can reunite with their friends from class or meet other new moms. 

Mother's Embrace is a NO JUDGEMENT zone!  Breastfeeding or not ~ vaginal or c-section delivery ~  you will be welcome with open arms to join us.  We are all doing the best we can with the tools we have been given! :D

Class now offered in two levels.. Mommy's Time I - small infants up to 5 months and Mommy's Time II - infants 6-12 months. MT I includes light yoga for Mom and infant massage for baby along with chat time. Fee for this group - $10/child

MT II includes guest speakers (when available) and play time for the babies while Mom networks with other new Moms and discusses topics important to that age group. This is a free group but we will gladly accept donations for the Umbrella shelter.
