Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga 

You have just found out that you are expecting a baby.. congratulations! Pregnancy is a very special time of life and a time when staying fit is even more important than usual, not only for you but also for your baby. Through the practice of gentle stretching, breathing, vocal and pelvic toning, you can learn to bond with your baby throughout the pregnancy and be an active part of the birth experience.

Expecting twins?  triplets?  Great!  We have had the pleasure of working with several "moms of multiples" through the years and consider this one of our specialties! 

No yoga experience required; join during any trimester.  Join at any time!

(These classes are also a gentle way to ease yourself back into regular exercise (or Hatha yoga) in the postnatal period)Class lasts approximately 60 minutes.  Studio open 30 mins prior to each class.

*** THURSDAYS AT 6 PM AT BRIDGEPORT HOSPITAL  (This class is separate from the Shelton classes and all registration/payment must be made through Bridgeport Hospital directly.  Please click on the page on this site for more information.)

New Students - please call the studio to check on space in the class of your choice. There is not always space for walk-ins.. safer to call! Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water and dress for comfort.

Class Fees

New student first class fee - $10

$15/class for returning students who wish to pay-as-you-go or

 4 class card for $50 

6 class card for $70

(Students may switch among classes with space from week to week.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  Cash/personal check accepted at the studio; debit/credit cards are accepted through the online payment system, which goes safely through Paypal. **We cannot accept debit/credit card payments at the studio**
