Classes are appropriate for beginners, as well as for advanced yogis.  If you are just re-entering the world of exercise and want a safe, gentle way to get to know your body once again, this is the class for you.  Modifications are included that will make each posture possible for all levels of practitioner.  Now is the best time to get started! 


Hatha yoga is the perfect exercise for people of all ages and sizes. Those with health issues are also welcome. Yoga has been proven to assist with many disabilities, such as ADHD, scoliosis, high blood pressure, arthritis and the list goes on and on. You will find our Hatha classes to be a nice break from the rat race. By finding time for relaxation in your life, you will be better equipped to face what is thrown your way. We all need to relax! Our class motto is to be guided by your own comfort. We are not competing with each other. We are working towards our own personal best.

Current Schedule: 

 Hatha Yoga w/Linda

Mondays ~ 7 pm

Wednesdays ~ 5:30 pm

Hatha Flow Yoga w/Cyndi - Thursdays at 6 pm

Vinyasa Yoga w/April - Wednesdays at 12:30 pm & Sunday Mornings at 11:30 am

(Studio opens 30 minutes before each class; if the door is locked, please wait for the prior class to leave.) 

NOTE - New students - We try to be as accomodating as possible but at certain times of year, the class sizes increase.  We suggest you call to verify space in the class of your choice. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water and dress for comfort.

Class Fees 

First class as new student - $10 

Single drop in class - returning student - $15 

4 class card for $50

 6 class card for $70 

Class cards can be used for all classes offered - Hatha, Vinyasa or Mixed Level Hatha.

Payment options:  Cash/personal check are accepted at the studio. Debit/credit cards are accepted through the online payment system (Paypal) only. We do not accept debit/credit cards at the studio.   

 



Cyndi Gaffney, Certified Yoga Instructor

We are very happy to offer a Mixed Level Hatha class.  Cyndi Gaffney has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, beginning in her teens.  As time has gone on, her practice has become more rooted in the spiritual traditions of yoga and she has maintained a regular meditation practice for years. 

Mother of two small children, Cyndi's experience is in Mixed Level Hatha, Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga and Gentle Vinyasa. "I am really big on linking body, breath and movement while allowing the mind to focus and relax."  With this in mind, her classes include some basic pranayama. 

Cyndi offers a Mixed Level Hatha class on Thursdays at 6 p.m.  This class is appropriate for everyone!



VINYASA YOGA with APRIL UMEK, Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

We also offer Vinyasa Yoga with April Umek, who is specially certified in this beatiful style of yoga.   Vinyasa is a Flow yoga.. the movements coordinate with the breath and the muscles are challenged.  April brings to this class her own personal style, having spent many years involved in athletics and then becoming certified as a Vinyasa teacher.  She is also a Certified Physician Assistant in a local OB office.

Classes offered on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm & Sundays at 11:30 am.  Challenge yourself and give this class a try!
