About Linda..
Linda B. Antignani, a certified Hatha & Prenatal Yoga specialist, as well as Yoga of the Heart therapist (cardiac & cancer yoga),  founded Mother's Embrace Yoga Studio in 2005.   

Linda's background includes Hatha certification from The Aura Wellness Center in Providence, Rhode Island, followed by 2 separate prenatal certifications—one from the prenatal yoga program at Classical Yoga in UK (offered by Jane Mackarness) and the other from Kripalu Yoga Center in Massachusetts (with Janice Clarfield).

Linda continues to make trips back to Kripalu to expand her yoga knowledge by studying with master teachers,  She is married, lives in Stratford and has three children and three stepchildren.
