Are you looking for a new mom's group to join? You have come to the right place! Mommy's Time postpartum connection group meets on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am and includes light yoga, some infant massage and a whole lot of connecting with moms who have babies from 0-6 months of age. How do you get involved? Text Linda at 203-414-2607 for your first class to check on class space. Ready to reserve your spot? Please go to our Square store and purchase the space - $12/mom - we top off at 12 moms/babies. Purchase early! ** Note - date can be rescheduled once because we know things happen with babies. Please do not come to class if mom or baby is sick. Let's help keep our little ones healthy.
ALSO - we offer a warm, welcoming space to talk openly and candidly about the ups and downs that make up the first 3 months after baby. This group is called LUNACHICKS and is held on the last Sunday of each month at 10:15 am. Babies welcome or come alone. Bring your favorite beverage and a willingness to be supported:) This is a free group.

Mother's Embrace Yoga
PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES AND POSTPARTUM SUPPORT SINCE 2005 - FIND YOUR COMMUNITY!
Mother's Embrace offers two Gentle Hatha Yoga classes each week and these classes are geared towards beginners or new moms working their way back into physical activity. This class is also great for menopausal women, as well as those dealing with arthritis. These classes are for those of us who are not pregnant!
These classes also include the use of accessories, such as chairs, light arm weights, wave boards and yoga balls.
NOTE- THESE CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS** MIXED LEVEL YOGA HAS PLENTY OF SPACE - THURSDAYS AT 5:30 PM. ***

THIS CLASS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR WOMEN.
We offer yoga classes specifically for moms-to-be with all of the modifications necessary to be safe yet effective. Taught by a Yoga Teacher with two certifications in Prenatal Yoga who is also a mom of 3, these classes are geared towards strengthening the childbirth muscles along with relieving some of the aches and pains that come along with pregnancy. Sciatica, round ligament pain, sacroiliac joint pain, carpal tunnel and many more pregnancy issues are helped by gentle stretching and breathing.
Another benefit of the prenatal classes is the opportunity to meet other expectant moms and create community.
NOTE-These classes are interactive and supportive. Educational information is discussed and students are encouraged to share during the class. All topics are welcome and friendships develop! Stretch, learn and relax with other pregnant ladies in a laid back, welcoming environment.
New to yoga? Not a problem. Expecting twins? You can benefit from yoga too.
CURRENT SCHEDULE: Sundays at 9 am, Mondays at 5:30 pm & Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
CLASSES ARE 60 MINS LONG.

Taught in the Kripalu-style, Mixed Level Yoga is for beginners on up to seasoned yogis. This class is a bit more challenging and moves in a flow but can easily be adapted to someone just starting out with their yoga practice.
